简述节能减排的沿革,介绍节能减排的四个内涵,并且对节能减排的经济学机制和市场机制进行阐述,最后对能源、经济、环境相互协调的可持续发展能源体系发表看法。
This paper sketches the history of energy - saving and emission - reaucuon, then introduces not only the four meanings of energy - saving and emission - reduction, but also economic mechanism and market mechanism of the energy - saving and emission - reduction, makes some opinions of sustainable energy development system with energy, economy and environment coordinated.
