摘要
常州信息职业技术学院积极探索现代学徒制试点,努力构建多元主体参与办学的格局,发挥协同育人功效。在实践中通过实施招生招工一体化、创设工学结合人才培养模式、构建模块化课程体系、组建校企互聘共用的混编教师队伍,形成了"校·企·会"协同育人的运行新机制。目前,"校·企·会"协同育人存在寻找"优质"合作企业较难、学生对学徒制培养认同度不够、企业的容纳量与岗位特殊性限制了学徒制培养的可持续性的困境,建议转向集团式联盟企业谋求发展、利用知名企业吸引学生、通过实行企业联盟机制获得生机。
Changzhou College of Information Technology actively explores modern apprenticeship pilots,and strives to build a pattern in which multiple subjects participate in running colleges,and exert the effect of collaborative education.In practice,through the implementation of the integration of enrollment and recruitment,the creation of a talent training mode that combines work and learning,constructs a modular curriculum system,establishes a team of mixed teachers that are mutually hired and shared by schools and enterprises,and forms a new operating mechanism for collaborative education of"college,enterprise and association".At present,it is difficult to find"high-quality"cooperative enterprises in the cooperative education of"college,enterprise and association",students have insufficient recognition of apprenticeship training,and the capacity of enterprises and the particularity of positions limit the dilemma of the sustainability of apprenticeship training.It is recommended to turn to group-type alliance enterprises to seek development,use well-known enterprises to attract students,and gain vitality by implementing the enterprise alliance mechanism.
