摘要
探讨了棉精梳锡林总齿数的设计方法,分析了锡林总齿数与精梳质量、纤维类型、精梳工艺参数之间的关系。利用锡林梳理度、精梳落棉率、喂入棉层纤维根数和重复梳理次数等参数,建立了棉精梳机整体锡林总齿数的数学模型。分析了相关参数的确定方法及取值范围,并根据梳理度模型分别计算出了适用于32s半精梳纱、40s普通精梳纱、60s高档精梳纱的精梳锡林总齿数。
The design method of total number of cotton combing cylinder tooth is discussed.The relationship between total number of cylinder tooth and combing quality,type of fiber and parameters of combing process is analyzed.Mathematical model of total number of cotton combing cylinder tooth is established,using the parameters such as cylinder carding degree,combing noil rate,number of feeding cotton fibers,and times of repeat combing.Among the parameters,number of feeding cotton fibers depends on fiber linear density and lap weight;and times repeat combing are related to way to feed cotton,feeding length and separation distance.The method of determination and ranges of the related parameters are analyzed.The total numbers of combing cylinder tooth,which are suitable for 32ssemi-combed yarn,40 scommon combed yarn and 60shigh-grade combed yarn respectively,are calculated according to mathematical model of total number of cotton combing cylinder tooth.
