棉纺精梳机变速锡林的振动分析及平衡优化 被引量:1

Vibration analysis and balance optimization of variable speed cylinder for cotton comber

摘要 棉纺精梳机锡林机构的质心不在锡林轴线上是产生锡林振动的主要原因。为降低锡林机构高速时的振动,必需对锡林进行振动分析及平衡优化。使用Solidworks软件建立变速锡林的机构模型,运用Adams软件对变速锡林各部件进行动力学分析,运用机构平衡优化设计方法设计了110°锡林配重体。结果表明:在一个工作周期中,精梳机锡林各部件振动力的变化规律均与锡林轴的角速度变化规律相似,在38分度时最大,18分度时最小,且锡林针板的振动力最大;锡林配重体可大幅度减小锡林振动力,使精梳机机中墙板的振动位移、振动速度及加速度减小。 The main reason for the cylinder vibration is that the center of mass of the cylinder is not on the cylinder axis.In order to reduce the vibration of cylinder mechanism at high speed,the vibration analysis and balance optimization of cylinder must be carried out.Solidworks software is used to establish the mechanism model of variable speed tin forest,Adams software is used to analyze the dynamics of various componenls of variable speed tin forest,and the 11O° tin forest counterweight is designed by using the mechanism balance optimization design method.The results show that the variation law of vibration force of each component of cylinder is similar to the variation law of angular velwity of cylinder axis in one working cycle.The maximum value is 38 degrees,the minimum value is 18 degrees,and the maximum value is vibration force of cylinder needle plate.The cylinder counterweight could greatly reduce the cylinder vibration force and reduce the vibration displacement,vibration speed and acceleration of the wall plate in the combing machine.
