摘要 随着人力资源三支柱模型在国内企业的诸多实践应用,HRBP的胜任力备受关注。与传统人力资源方向岗位相比,HRBP的能力要求有所不同。通过收集互联网行业的企业在招聘网站发布的HRBP岗位招聘广告,对广告中的岗位职责和任职资格描述分析、归类,并基于现有的研究,从专业知识、能力要求、个性特质三个维度总结出当下企业较为适用的HRBP的胜任力要求,并以此为出发点提出人力资源管理专业的教学对策,从而有助于人力资源管理专业本科生的能力构建和提高职场胜任力。 With the application of the three-pillar model of human resources in domestic enterprises, the competency of HRBP has attracted much attention. Compared with traditional HR positions, HRBP’s competency requirements are different. By collecting the HRBP job advertisements published by enterprises with Internet background on the recruitment website, the job responsibilities and qualifications in the advertisements are analyzed and classified, and then based on the existing research, this paper summarizes the competency requirements of HRBP that are more applicable to enterprises in the current enterprises from the three dimensions of professional knowledge, ability requirements and personality traits, and puts forward the teaching strategies of human resource management, so as to help the competency building of undergraduates majoring in human resource management and improve their professional competency.
