数字化技术背景下人力资源绩效管理创新研究

摘要 传统人力资源绩效管理,效率较低且易出误差。而数字化技术通过自动化和智能化的方式,可以实时监测员工绩效数据,并进行快速准确的分析;可以建立科学的绩效评估指标体系,并将其标准化应用于各个层级;可为员工提供更多参与绩效管理的机会,如通过在线平台进行自评和目标设定。总之,利用先进的技术手段可以提高绩效管理效率和准确性,促进组织和员工共同发展,从而实现人力资源管理的优化与升级。本文主要针对数字化技术背景下人力资源绩效管理创新内容展开研究,以供管理人士借鉴参考。 Traditional human resource performance management is inefficient and prone to errors.Through automation and intelligence means,digital technology can monitor employee performance data in real time manner and conduct a fast and accurate analysis;establish a scientific performance evaluation index system and standardize and apply it at all levels;provide employees with more opportunities to participate in performance management,such as self-evaluation and goal setting through online platforms.In short,the use of advanced technology can improve the efficiency and accuracy of performance management,promote the common development of organizations and employees,so as to achieve the optimization and upgrading of human resource management.This paper mainly focuses on the innovative content of human resource performance management in the context of digital technology,so as to provide reference for managers.
