摘要
随着城市化进程逐渐加快,单纯的土地盲目扩张已不能体现出经济发展水平,那么为有效解决城市化过热所引起的问题,提高城市密度,合理规划投资建设城市,有利于城市健康科学发展,形成科学发展的城市格局。笔者通过阐释紧凑城市理论,对城市土地开发采取高密度形式进行集约化管理,分析提高城市密度意义,优化城市布局,提高生产效率,充分利用现有的资源条件,缓解人地矛盾。从培养城市事业家、发扬城市特色以及合理利用城市基础设施三个方面讨论提高城市密度的措施,对新型城市化道路提供建议。
With the gradual acceleration of urbanization process,the blind expansion of land alone cannot reflect the level of economic development,so in order to effectively solve the problems caused by the overheating of urbanization,improve urban density,and rationally plan and invest in the construction of cities,it is conducive to the healthy and scientific development of cities,forming a scientific development of the urban pattern.By explaining the theory of compact city,the author adopts intensive management of urban land development in the form of high density,analyzes the significance of improving urban density,optimizes urban layout,improves production efficiency,makes full use of existing resources,and alleviates the contradiction between man and land.The measures to improve urban density are discussed from three aspects:cultivating urban entrepreneurs,developing urban characteristics and rationally utilizing urban infrastructure.Some suggestions are provided for the new urbanization road.
