摘要
金川矿区的工程地质条件复杂,岩体软弱破碎,地压大,约有25%的巷道处于不良岩层中,巷道支护是金川镍矿遇到的一个主要问题。作者对金川矿区不良岩层巷道变形及破坏规律进行了全面的调查研究,系统的总结了金川矿区采用的各种巷道支护方式的支护效果,尤其是对喷锚网支护、巷道注浆加固支护、多种方式联合支护进行了详细的阐述,并根据金川矿区多年来的工程实践,总结出了在类似的高应力破碎岩体条件下各种井巷工程的最佳支护方式。
In Jinchuan Mining District, with the engineering geological condition being very complex, the rock mass being seriously soft and fractured, and the ground stress being high, nearly 25 percent of roadways are in weak rock mass, the support of roadways is a serious problem. The authors have made a detailed investigation on the deformation and failure laws of the roadway in weak rock mass in Jinchuan mine, systemically evaluate the support effect of all kinds of support way used in this mine, and introduce the bolt-shotcrete-mesh support, grouting reinforcement support as well as combined support in detail, finally summarize the optimal support way for all kinds of roadways in similar highly stressed weak rock mass according to many years of in-situ experience.
