摘要
针对金川矿区深部高应力破碎岩体巷道围岩变形量大、支护难、使用周期短等特点,基于以往巷道围岩变形破坏特征,从工程地质条件、地应力特征、采动影响等三个方面,分析了深部高应力破碎岩体巷道变形破坏原因。针对典型的巷道破坏特征与工程地质条件,提出了四类相应的新型支护方案,分别开展了现场工业试验;通过巷道围岩收敛变形监测,验证新型支护形式的支护效果。结果表明,新型支护形式有效地控制了深部高应力破碎岩体巷道围岩变形,实现了维护巷道围岩长期稳定的目的。
According to the problems of large deformation,difficult supporting and short repair cycle in the deep roadway which has a high stress level,its surrounding rock is fractured.Based on the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway,the reason of deformation and failure of fractured rock roadway with deep high stress is analyzed from three aspects,including engineering geological condition,ground stress characteristics and mining influence.Aiming at the typical failure characteristics and conditions of engineering geological,four new supporting types were proposed and industrial tests were carried.Based on the monitoring of convergence deformation,the supporting effect of new supporting methods is verified.The results show that the deformation of the fractured rock roadway under high stress can be effectively controlled with the new supporting methods and the aim for long-term stability of the roadway surrounding rock are realized.
