摘要
通过分析有关砭石和针刺疗法的传世文献和最新考古发现 ,对比中国传统医学与其他古代医学尤其古希腊医学之间的异同 ,并结合恰当的逻辑推理 ,认为砭石是一种刀状的医疗工具 ,主要用途是切痈排脓 ,也被用来放血 ,与以毫针为代表的针刺疗法有着本质的区别。针刺疗法的发明及应用与砭石疗法没有直接关系 ,“针源于砭”的观点是错误的。
After analysis of both extant documents and newly unearthed relics related to Bian stone therapy and acupuncture, comparison of traditional Chinese medicine with other ancient medicinal systems, especially ancient Greek medicine, and correct reasoning, it is considered that Bian stone is a knife-like medical instrument and is used primarily for discharge of pus or blood-letting in antiquity, the difference between Bian stone therapy and acupuncture is essential. The invention and application of acupuncture have no direct relation with Bian stone therapy. The view point, “acupuncture therapy with metal needles develops from Bian stone therapy” is wrong.
