摘要
[目的]观察春、秋分贴敷治疗类风湿关节炎疗效。[方法]对100例门诊类风湿关节炎患者使用春、秋分贴敷(祛痹通络膏:杜仲、川乌、干姜、生南星、青风藤等;生姜汁糊状膏:青风藤、骨透草、红花、白芥子等)。每年春、秋分当日取生姜汁糊膏置于祛痹通络膏剂(1cm×1cm×1cm)上(膏剂面积5cm2),中间加0.2g麝香,依据疾病选取穴位,将膏剂准确贴在穴位上,四周用胶布封好加以固定,避免流出。每次5～7贴,贴敷时间6～8h/次,无不适可增加时间,5d帖敷1次,春、秋分各贴敷3次,连续3年为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程(3年),判定疗效。[结果]治愈17例,好转75例,未愈8例,总有效率92.00%。[结论]春、秋分贴敷治疗类风湿关节炎可有效缓解类风湿关节炎患者临床症状。
[Objective]To observe the spring and autumnal equinox sticking treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.[Methods]100 cases of outpatient rheumatoid arthritis patients using spring and autumnal equinox（the first part of the sticking consisted of Duzhong,Chuanwu,Ganjiang,Shengnanxing and Chuanwu was made into Qubi paste in accordance with a certain percentage;the other part of Qingfengteng,Tougucao,safflower,Baijiezi was mixed with ginger juice into a paste in accordance with a certain percentage）.On spring and autumnal equinox,the paste was sticked,and every five days,it was repeated again for a total of 3 times,continuous treatment for 1 years for a course,in total for 3 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions to determine efficacy.[Results]17 cases were cured,improved in 75 cases,8 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 92.00%.[Conclusion] Spring and autumnal equinox sticking treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
