摘要
目的 :研究中西医结合个体化联合序贯方案治疗IgA肾病的疗效及与病理的相关性。方法 :对 5 0例重复肾活检的IgAN患者进行不同治疗方案的临床与病理观察 ,Ⅰ组 2 7例采用中西医结合个体化联合序贯治疗 ,Ⅱ组2 3例未按个体化联合序贯治疗。结果 :Ⅰ组临床缓解率与显效率明显高于Ⅱ组 ;病理分析显示Ⅰ组治疗前后的Kata fuchi积分基本稳定 ,Ⅱ组则有显著升高 ,应用Andredi法分析显示Ⅰ组治疗后的活动性指数明显下降 ,而Ⅱ组治疗后的活动性指数与慢性指数均有明显上升。结论 :中西医结合个体化联合序贯方案不仅可提高IgAN临床缓解率 ,而且能显著降低肾脏的活动性病理指数 。
Objective:To study the effects of Individualization combined by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Western Medicine(WM) and Sequenced Therapy(ST) on IgA nephrology.Methods:50 patients suffering from IgA nephrology were divided into two groups. 27 patients in group Ⅰ treated in Individualiztion combined by TCM and WM and ST. 23 patients in group Ⅱ treated in Non-individualiztion.Results:The clinical excellent effective rate in group Ⅰ was much higher than in group Ⅱ. The analysis on pathology showed that the integration of Katafuchi were steady in group Ⅰ but more increased in group Ⅱ, the acute index were obviously reduced in group Ⅰ but more increased in groupⅡ, and the chronic index were obviously increased in group Ⅱ.Conclusion:Not only Individualization Combined by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine and Sequenced Therapy increase the clinical excellent effective rate in IgA nephropathy, but reduce the acute pathological scathe in kidney and delay the course of chronic progress.
