毛细血管内增生性IgA肾病治疗心得

摘要 IgA肾病(IgA nephroathy,IgAN)是一组在系膜区存在IgA或以IgA为主的免疫复合物沉积的临床综合征,在我国占原发性肾小球疾病的32%.其病理类型变化多样,预后差异很大.有关毛细血管内增生性IgAN的治疗方法、病理变化和预后在国内报道较少.2000-2005年,经本院肾活检的患者中,IgAN有62例,占原发肾小球疾病的28%,其中毛细血管内增生性IgAN仅5例,治疗效果良好.2例患者治疗后行重复肾活检,现报道如下.
