摘要
目的 本文讨论外源性 VEGF对兔局灶脑缺血后缺血脑组织血管再生的作用。方法 缺血后 1hVEGF(165)右侧侧脑室注射 (0 .5μg/ kg体重 ) ,CD3 4免疫组化测脑组织微血管密度 (MVD) ,脑组织含水率评价脑水肿情况。结果 缺血 5d后 ,VEGF组 MVD明显高于对照组 ,脑组织含水率则对照组高于 VEGF组。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of VEGF on angiogenesis in focal cerebral ischemia in rabbits. MethodsVEGF (165) was infused into right lateral ventricular of the animals (0.5μg/kg) in 1 hour after MCAO. Control animals received vehicle only. MVD was assessed with CD34 immunohistochemistry. Brain edema was determined by measuring brain water conten t. ResultsThere was significantly increasing in animal trea ted with VEGF compared to controls (45.4±4.6 vs 35.6±1.2, P < 0.01 ) in 5 day after cerebral ischemia,but brain water content also significantly increas ed in VEGF-treated animals compared to controls (79.65±0.26 vs 78.71±0.46, P < 0.05 ). ConclusionVEGF may have a direct angiogenesis effect in cerebral ischemia.
