穴位埋线对脑缺血再灌注大鼠皮质区VEGF mRNA表达的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Acupoints Catgut Embedding Therapy on the Cortical VEGF mRNA Expression in Rats with Focal Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

摘要 目的观察胶原川芎嗪缓释剂在大椎、百会穴位埋药线对脑缺血再灌注大鼠缺血区域脑皮质内血管内皮生长因子表达的影响。方法选取SD大鼠60只,随机分为4组:正常对照组、假手术对照组、模型对照组和穴位埋药线组,采用线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,取材方法颈椎脱臼猝死断头取脑,分离缺血侧皮质进行RT-PCR检测。结果模型对照1d组大鼠缺血区域脑皮质内VEGF mRNA浓度较正常对照组及假手术对照组明显升高(均P<0.05),穴位埋药线组大鼠缺血区域脑皮质内VEGF mRNA浓度表达与其他各组同时相比较均明显升高(均P<0.05)。结论穴位埋药线能有效上调脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑皮质区VEGF mRNA浓度的表达,从而促进缺血区域血管新生,有利于脑缺血再灌注后的康复。 Objective To study the cortical expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) mRNA and the effects of tetramethyl pyrazine collagen sustained release preparation medicated catgut embedded in acupoints on acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats.Methods 60 SD rats were randomized into 4 groups into normal control group,sham operation control group,model control group,and acupoint catgut embedding group.The model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was developed following suture occlusion method.Straight decapitation was applied to sample the brain after different treatment,cortex of ischemic hemisphere was isolated for RT-PCR detection.Results On ischemic cortical VEGF mRNA concentration,1d model control group was higher than that in normal control and sham operation group(both P〈0.05),and the acupoint catgut embedding group showed significant elevation comparing with other groups at the same phase(all P〈0.05).Conclusion The acupoint medicated catgut embedding therapy is beneficial for rehabilitation after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury via effectively up-regulating the injured cortical VEGF mRNA expression concentration,which promotes vascular reborn in the ischemic region.
