摘要
目的:研究三叶肽因子1(TFF-1)在人胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌血管形成的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测TFF-1在40例原发性胃癌及10例正常胃黏膜组织中的表达,同时检测微血管密度(MVD,以抗CD 34标记)。结果:10例正常胃黏膜组织TFF-1全部阳性表达,40例胃癌组织TFF-1表达阳性率为40%(16/40)。其阳性表达与胃癌细胞的低分化程度有关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、肿瘤的浸润程度、淋巴结转移与否无关。胃癌组织MVD明显高于正常胃黏膜组织。TFF-1阳性及阴性表达组MVD均值分别为34.06±6.08、27.96±9.72,两组间MVD均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中TFF-1常有表达缺失,而其高表达与肿瘤微血管形成、胃癌细胞低分化程度有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of trefoil factor 1(TFF-1) and its relationship with the angiogenesis in gastric cancer. Methods: The expression of TFF-1 in 40 patients with gastric cancer and 10 normal gastric mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method with anti-TFF-1. Mi-crovessel density (MVD) of human gastric cancer was also examined with anti-CD 34 as the lables. Results: All normal mucosa was positive for TFF, in gastric cancer TFF-1 expression was detected in 40% of cases.The expression rate of TFF-1 was related with undifferentiated gastric cancer( P < 0.05) ,but not with the gender, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. The level of MVD were significantly increased in gastric cancer, compared with the normal issues,and the level of MVD in pS2-positive tumours(34.06±6.08) was significantly different from that in pS2-negative tumours(27.96±9.62)( P < 0.05), Conclusion: The expression of TFF-1 in human gastric cancer is commonly lost, its overexpression is significantly associated with the undifferentiated type and carcinoangiogenesis in gastric cancer.
