摘要
分析了采矿类专科人才的培养定位和 2 1世纪对其基本能力的要求 ,指出应树立终生学习观和“采矿精神” ,应具备技术指挥、创新能力和良好的适应能力。
Analysis mining talent persons' fostering direction. Summarize requir e ments of basic capability in 21st century. Point out that we should set up the s ense of lifelong learning and mining spirit, have the capability of technique c ommand and bringing forth new ideas and good adaptability.
