摘要
本文以"卓越工程师教育培养计划"为背景,介绍了德国应用科学大学和美国欧林工学院工程型本科教育教学模式,总结了工程教育先进教育理念,并以此为基础提出了华北科技学院采矿工程专业人才培养方案的改革与创新,主要包括以下三个方面:一是加强与企业交流合作;二是明确专业教育理论体系;三是提出采矿精神教育。
This paper is taking＂Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan＂as background,introducing Engineering engineering ender graduate education and teaching mode of two foreign university that is University of Applied Sciences in Germany and Franklin.W.Olin College,summarizing advanced educational concepts of advanced engineering education philosophy,and proposed mining engineering major personnel training programs reform and innovation in North China Institute of Science and Technology,mainly including three aspects： First should Strengthen cooperation and exchanges with enterprise;secondly need define professional education theoretical system;finally Proposed mining spiritual education.
