摘要
异氰酸酯水乳液胶粘剂是木质复合材料胶粘剂研究和开发的热点之一。本文主要介绍了木质复合材料用异氰酸酯水乳液胶粘剂的研究现状、发展趋势以及粘接反应原理。目前,研究开发的异氰酸酯水乳液胶粘剂主要有异氰酸酯直接水乳化型、聚氨酯预聚物水乳化型以及水性高分子-异氰酸酯型。
Agueous emulsifiable isocyanate adhesive is one of important adhesive researches for wood based composite. In this paper, the application research situation, the development trend and the major chemical reaction principles of aqueous emulsifiable isocyanate adhesive for wood based composite are introduced. The types of the adhesive include direct emulsif iable isocyanate, prepolymer adhesive based on polyurethane and water basde polymer-isocyanate adhesive.
