摘要
为了探讨采用EPI作为胶粘剂的实木复合地板连续冷压生产最佳工艺,本文以施胶量、红外加热时间、冷压时间3个因素为研究对象,对板材的浸渍剥离合格率和胶层的抗剪强度进行研究。结果表明:施胶量、红外加热时间和冷压时间对实木复合地板的力学性能均有影响。最佳冷压工艺条件为:施胶量140g/m2(单面),红外加热时间8~13s,冷压时间60s。
Taking glue consumption, infrared-heating time and cold-pressing time as the research object, we study peeling strength of dipping of sheet and shear strength of glue layer. The experiments show that the ideal conditions are quantity is 140 g/m2 (single), infrared-heating time is 8~13 seconds, cold-pressing time is 60 seconds.
