摘要
研究了厌氧真菌木聚糖酶粗酶的提取方法及其性质。结果表明 ,在 2 0℃ ,厌氧真菌木聚糖酶粗酶的硫酸铵最佳盐析饱和度为 70 %。 4 5℃烘干得到木聚糖酶粗酶制剂 ,该制剂比活力为 75 6 2U·g-1 。对其性质的初步研究表明 ,该酶的最适温度为 5 0℃ ,最适pH值为 5 0~ 6 0。此外 ,其酶活性在 37~ 5 0℃、pH4 0~ 1 1
Xylanase from anaerobic fungal cultures was extracted using(NH 4) 2SO 4 and the enzyme characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that the optimal extracting concentration for saturated(NH 4) 2SO 4 was 70% at 20 ℃.After extraction and drying at 45 ℃,its specific activity was 7 562 U·g -1 .The optimal temperature for xylanase activity was 50 ℃ and optimal pH was in the range of 5 06 0.Xylanase activity was stable both in the range of 3750 ℃ and pH 4 0 to pH 11 0.
