摘要
本文研究了芽孢杆菌L23产木聚糖酶的时间曲线,碳源,氮源种类和浓度,添加物,发酵起始pH以及接种量对产酶的影响。该菌经37℃培养50小时,酶活力为30IU/ml,酶最适反应温度为57℃,最适pH值为7.0。
The course of xylanase production from Bacillus sp. L23 and conditions such as effects of the kinds of carbon and nitrogen sources and their concentration, additives, pH, and inoculum size on enzyme production were investigated.The enzyme activity was 30 IU/ml at 37℃ after 50 h cultivation. The optimaltemperature and pH were 57℃ and 7.0 respectively.
