摘要
试验对日光温室黄瓜幼苗进行了不同根区温度处理。结果表明,与适温处理(ck)相比,亚适温和低温处理降低了黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶面积、地上部干重和全株干重,而增加了地下部干重和根冠比,降低了黄瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度。
Experiments of different root zone temperature treatments were carried out at seedling stage of cucumber in solar greenhouse. Comparison of sub-optimal and low temperature treatments with optimal temperature treatment (ck) indicated that plant height, stem thickness, leaf area, dry weight of shoot and total dry weight of cucumber seedlings decreased, while dry weight of root and root:shoot ratio of cucumber seedlings increased,chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO_2 concentration of cucumber seedlings leaf decreased.
