根区温度对开花坐果期黄瓜和番茄内源激素含量的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Root Zone Temperature on Endogenous Hormone Contents of Blossoming and Bearing Fruits Cucumbers and Tomatoes

摘要 采取人工加热的方法,研究了根区不同温度对日光温室开花坐果期黄瓜和番茄叶片内源激素含量变化的影响。结果表明,根区加温增加了黄瓜和番茄叶片赤霉酸(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)的含量,而且随温度的提高其含量呈上升趋势,15,20,25℃处理与自然低温间差异大多达显著水平。脱落酸(ABA)的含量则随温度提高而下降,20,25℃处理与自然地温间差异显著。说明根区温度的变化影响了黄瓜和番茄内源激素的合成、运输和分配。 Effects of different root zone temperature on changes of endogenous hormone contents in leaves were studied by man-made heating while cucumbers and tomatoes were blossoming and bearing fruits in solar greenhouse. The results indicated that contents of leaf gibberellic acid (GA3), indol-3yl-acetic acid (IAA), zeatin riboside (ZR) increased with heating root zone and their contents had a rising tendency as temperature rising. There were significant differences between 15 ℃treatment, 20℃ treatment, 25 ℃ treatment and natural root temperature. Abscisis acid(ABA) content decreased as temperature rising and there were significant differences between 20 ℃ treatment, 25 ℃ treatment and natural root temperature. It showed that changes of root zone temperature affected synthesis, transportation and distribution of endogenous hormones in cucumbers and tomatoes.
