铁路客车电子防滑器仿真综合试验系统的研制 被引量:7

摘要 铁路客车电子防滑器使高速列车能在规定的距离内安全停车并防止滑行 ,是保证行车安全的重要部件。笔者研制了铁路客车电子防滑器仿真综合试验系统。该试验系统能够对TFX1型防滑器、SWKPAS 2 0C型防滑器进行综合测试 ,可以分别对速度传感器、防滑排风阀、压力开关和主机进行测试 ,也可以对防滑器整机性能进行测试。运行结果表明 :该系统性能稳定、可靠 ,测试精度高 ,速度快 ,具有较高的实用价值。 The electronic antiskid device of railway car can make high-speed cars stop safely in given distance.It is an important component for ensuring driving safety.A synthetical simulated experimental system of railway electronic antiskid device has been developed.The experiment system can test TFX1 and SWKP AS 20C antiskid device synthetically.It can test not only speed sensors,minus valves,pressure switch and mainframe,but also the whole antiskid device.The result from operation indicates that the character of this system is steady and reliable,its test precision is very high,and it has high speed and practical value.
