摘要
分析了在WTO框架下人才国际化的特点,提出我国加入WTO后,为适应人才国际竞争对国际化人才的需求,高等教育机构如何转变观念,全面培养高素质国际化人才的对策建议。
This paper deals with an analysis of the characteristics of the internationalization of talents under the framework of WTO. Some strategies and suggestions are made for the modification of traditional higher education concepts and the education of internationalized talents to meet the needs of international competition.
