摘要
目的:探讨华蟾素胶囊联合SOX方案(奥沙利铂联合替吉奥)治疗晚期胆囊癌的临床治疗效果。方法:选取62例晚期胆囊癌患者纳入本研究,采用随机数字表法将上述患者分为观察组及对照组,每组31例。对照组患者仅给予SOX方案进行治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上另给予华蟾素胶囊进行治疗。治疗结束后,评价两组患者近期疗效。治疗前后,评价两组患者的生活质量,主要评价指标包括认知功能、角色功能、情绪功能躯体功能及社会功能。治疗前后,分别评价两组患者中医症状评分,主要评价指标包括胁腹胀痛、恶心呕吐、纳差、乏力、黄疸及食欲不振。治疗前后,分别检测两组患者肿瘤标记物含量,主要检测项目包括癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖蛋白抗原125(CA125)及糖蛋白抗原19-9(CA19-9)。治疗期间,评价两组患者的各类不良反应,主要观察项目包括血红蛋白降低、消化道毒性、血小板抑制、白细胞降低、肝功能异常及口腔黏膜损伤等。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组认知功能、角色功能、情绪功能、躯体功能及社会功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胁腹胀痛、恶心呕吐、纳差、乏力、黄疸及食欲不振评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者CEA、AFP、CA125及CA19-9均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组血红蛋白降低、消化道毒性、血小板抑制、白细胞降低、肝功能异常及口腔黏膜损伤等不良反应的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:华蟾素胶囊联合SOX方案治疗晚期胆囊癌疗效确切,不良反应较低,值得进行深入研究。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Huachansu Capsule combined with SOX method in the treatment of advanced gallbladder cancer.Methods:62 patients with advanced gallbladder carcinoma were selected,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated by SOX method,while the observation group was given Huachansu Capsule on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the curative effects were evaluated in the two groups.Before and after treatment,the life quality of the two groups were observed,mainly including cognitive function,role function,emotional function,physical function and social function.Before and after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups were observed,mainly including threats bloating pain,nausea and vomiting,anorexia,fatigue,jaundice and loss of appetite.Before and after treatment,the tumor markers of two groups were detected,mainly including carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),glycoprotein antigen 125(CA125)and glycoprotein antigens 19-9(CA19-9).During the treatment,the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,main including lower hemoglobin,gastrointestinal tract toxicity,platelet inhibition,leucocyte decrease,liver function abnormalities and oral mucosa injury.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cognitive function,role function,emotional function,physical function and social function were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of threats bloating pain,nausea and vomiting,anorexia,fatigue,jaundice and loss of appetite were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,AFP,CA125 and CA19-9 were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the rates of lower hemoglobin,gastrointestinal tract toxicity,platelet inhibition,leucocyte decrease,liver function abnormalities and oral mucosa injury were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huachansu Capsule combined with SOX method in the treatment of advanced gallbladder cancer has a good effect and worth to the next study.
