摘要
研究丹参川芎嗪注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者疗效及对血脂水平的影响。方法:117例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(n=59)和对照组(n=58),对照组患者给予常规治疗+单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,疗程4周。对比两组心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油使用情况;对比两组心功能及心功能分级;对比两组心肌酶谱和血脂代谢水平。结果:治疗组心绞痛疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05),心电图疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间和心绞痛积分显著较治疗前及对照组均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组心绞痛换届时间、硝酸甘油用量均显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);治疗组SV、EF、NYHA和SAQ,以及NT-proBNP、cTnT和CK-MB水平较治疗前和对照组均显著改善(P<0.05);治疗组TG、TC、LDL-C水平显著降低、HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯可有效缓解心绞痛症状,保护心功能,降低血脂水平,提高疗效。
Objective:To study the effect of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate on patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its effect on blood lipid level.Methods:A total of 117 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(n=59)and control group(n=58).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment+isosorbide mononitrate.The patients in the treatment group on the basis of the treatment,were given Danshen Ligustrazine Injection for 4 weeks.The angina pectoris and nitroglycerin,the cardiac function and cardiac function,the myocardial zymogram and lipid metabolism were compared between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of angina pectoris was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The electrocardiogram effect was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency,duration and angina score of the angina pectoris in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before and after treatment(P<0.05).The duration of angina pectoris and nitroglycerin in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and control group(P<0.05).The treatment group’s SV,EF,NYHA and SAQ,and NT-proBNP,cTnT and CK-MB levels were significantly improved compared with those pre-treatment and those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly decreased and the level of HDL-C was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with isosorbide mononitrate can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,protect heart function,lower blood lipid levels and improve the curative effect.
