摘要
目的:观察在常规治疗基础上,参麦注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片对冠心病患者心功能、内皮损伤及氧化应激的影响。方法:83例冠心病患者随机分为观察组(n=42)及对照组(n=41)。两组患者均给予华法林片、卡托普利片、盐酸普萘洛尔片等药物常规治疗,对照组同时加用阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg,po,qn;观察组在对照组基础上再加用参麦注射液50 ml+5%葡萄糖注射液500 ml,ivd,qd。两组均连续治疗30 d。检测两组患者治疗前后左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)及左室射血分数(LVEF),以及血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)水平,观察两组患者疗效及药品不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.48%,明显高于对照组的65.85%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者心功能、内皮损伤及氧化应激等各项指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药品不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病疗效好,能明显改善患者的心功能、内皮损伤及氧化应激反应有作用,且安全性较好。
Objective:To observe the effects of Shenmai injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on cardiac function,endothelial injury and oxidative stress in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Totally 83 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group(n=42)and the control group(n=41).Both groups of patients were given warfarin tablets,captopril tablets,propranolol hydrochloride tablets and the other drugs for the routine treatment,while the control group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg,po,qn additionally,and the observation group was given Shenmai injection 50 ml+5%glucose injection 500 ml,ivd,qd on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 30 days.Left ventricular enddiastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma highsensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),von Willebrand factor(vWF),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels were measured before and after the treatment in both groups.Therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions were observed as well.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%,which was significantly higher than that(65.85%)of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the indices of cardiac function,endothelial injury and oxidative stress in the two groups were significantly improved when compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the indices in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets is effective and safe in the treatment of coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve cardiac function,endothelial injury and oxidative stress response of patients.
