大黄对急诊危重症患者全身炎症反应综合征治疗价值研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨大黄对急诊危重症患者全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS)的治疗价值。方法 将 4 2例符合SIRS诊断的急诊危重症患者随机分为治疗组 ( 2 1例 )和对照组 ( 2 1例 )。对照组给予积极治疗原发病、补液、抗炎等常规治疗 ;治疗组应用大黄粉 2 0 0mg/kg保留灌肠 ,每日 2次 ,其余治疗同对照组。测定患者入院时及治疗后血中TNF -α,IL - 6及内毒素水平 ,并比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组血浆TNF -α ,IL - 6及内毒素水平显著低于对照组 ,SIRS 2 4h治愈率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 大黄对急诊危重症患者SIRS的治疗有重要价值。 Objective It is to investigate the therapeutic value of rhubarb on systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) in acute critical disease. Methods Forty two SIRS patients with acute critical disease were randomly divided into treatment group (21 cases) and control group (21 cases). The patients in two groups were treated with routine managements as curing the primary affections, fluid infusion and anti inflammation. Additionally, the patients in the treatment group were given a rhubarb powder enema. Peripheral blood TNF-α, IL-6 and endotoxin levels were detected before and after treatment. Curative rate in two groups were compared. Results TNF-α, IL-6 and endotoxin levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.01), and the 24 hour curative rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion The therapeutic value of rhubarb on SIRS in acute critical disease is significant.
