胃癌患者胃黏膜组织中Notch1蛋白阳性表达率的影响因素分析

摘要 目的:分析胃癌患者胃黏膜组织中Notch1蛋白阳性表达率的影响因素。方法:选取64例胃癌患者作为观察组,选取同期64例萎缩性胃炎患者作为对照组。采集患者的胃黏膜组织进行免疫组化试验。对比两组Notch1蛋白阳性表达率,分析影响胃癌患者Notch1表达阳性率的因素。结果:观察组Notch1蛋白阳性表达率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析显示,胃癌患者组织分化程度、脉管浸润情况、淋巴结转移及TNM分期均是影响Notch1蛋白阳性表达率的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论:Notch1蛋白在胃癌患者胃黏膜组织中具有较高的阳性表达率,且其与肿瘤分化程度、脉管浸润、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关,在胃癌的早期诊断中具有较高的临床价值。 Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of Notch1 protein positive expression rate in gastric mucosal tissue of gastric cancer patients.Methods:64 patients with gastric cancer were selected as observation group,while 64 patients with atrophic gastritis during the same period were selected as control group.The gastric mucosal tissues of these patients were collected for immunohistochemical analysis.The positive expression rates of Notch1 protein in the two groups were compared,and the factors affecting the positive rate of Notch1 expression were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of Notch1 protein in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of tissue differentiation,vascular invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage were the independent factors affecting the expression of Notch protein positive expression rate in the gastric cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:Notch1 protein has a high positive expression rate in the gastric mucosal tissue of the gastric cancer patients,and it is closely related to the tumor differentiation,vascular invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,which has a high clinical value in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
