食品添加剂在食品的生产和消费中起着十分重要的作用,但是其安全性问题却受多种因素影响而不尽完善。随着人民生活水平的逐步提高以及对食品安全的日益重视,食品添加剂安全的重要性日益凸显。本文针对食品添加剂安全性问题进行了介绍,提出目前食品添加剂安全性所面临的主要问题,并分析了食品添加剂安全性问题的产生原因。
