摘要
基于经典的Miner累积损伤理论,在假设零件载荷加载历程服从随机过程的情况下,得到了随载荷加载而退化的强度模型;将该模型应用于载荷-强度干涉,得到了零件的动态可靠度,并基于蒙特卡罗仿真方法,介绍了其具体的实现过程;最后在假设载荷加载历程服从Gamma过程的情况下,通过实例验证了方法的有效性。
An intensity model degenerating with loading is developed assuming the loading process is a stochastic process based on traditional Miner accumulation damage theory.Then the model is applied to the load-intensity interference,and the dynamic reliability of component is obtained and implemented based on Monte Carlo simulation method.Finally an example is given assuming the loading process is a Gamma process,which demonstrates the feasibility of the method through an example.
