摘要
从经济、社会发展的必要性和技术体系的独立性两个角度,论证当前在我国发展技术本科的必要性和紧迫性,提出发展技术本科是教育发展的必然趋势。发展技术本科并非意味着大量现有高职院校升格为本科,要把技术本科与高职升本科严格区分开来。目前我国技术本科发展的主要途径,是对部分传统学术性大学进行改造,让极少数办学条件优越的高职升格为本科。
In this article,we think that the development of university of technology is necessary and ur -gent,puts forward that it is the inevitable trend of the development of education to develo p university of technology.But this doesn't mean that many high er vo cational colleges will be upgrad ed to uni versity of tech nology.We think that,the develop ment of uni versity of tech nology in china should follow two modes,one is the alteration of some tradi tional uni versities,and the other is to upgrade a few higher vocational colleges.
