摘要
目的研讨外伤性脾破裂患者的临床护理对策与效果。方法选择我院收治于2017年1月至2019年3月的37例外伤性脾破裂患者作为课题研究对象,并通过电脑进行随机分组,A组(n=18)接受常规基础护理,B组(n=19)在基础护理下接受综合护理指导,对比两组的情绪状况、睡眠质量以及并发症率等指标。结果与A组比较,B组患者的PSQI指数与情绪量表(SAS与SDS)评测值均显著降低,P<0.05,有统计学意义。B组记录的总并发症率为10.5%,较A组的总并发症率33.3%显著下降,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论将综合护理指导理念引入外伤性脾破裂患者的临床护理中,对改善患者的情绪状况与睡眠质量、减少并发症的发生有重要作用,值得推荐。
Objective To discuss the clinical nursing strategies and effects of traumatic splenic rupture.Methods Thirty-seven patients with traumatic splenic rupture admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups by computer.Group A(n=18)received routine basic nursing and group B(n=19)received comprehensive nursing guidance under basic nursing.The emotional status,sleep quality and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with group A,the PSQI index and emotional scale(SAS and SDS)of group B were significantly lower,P<0.05,with statistical significance.The total complication rate recorded in group B was 10.5%,which was significantly lower than that in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion Introducing the comprehensive nursing guidance concept into the clinical nursing of patients with traumatic splenic rupture plays an important role in improving the emotional state and sleep quality of patients and reducing the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of recommendation.
