摘要
目的：总结外伤性脾破裂患者的临床护理体会。方法选取2013年4月～2014年4月间收治的外伤性脾破裂患者31例，实验组接受综合性的临床护理，对照组接受常规护理，对比两组各项指标改善情况与并发症发生情况。结果实验组血红蛋白、血压、心率改善显著，并发症少，两组患者护理效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加强外伤性脾破裂患者的临床护理可以迅速改善患者的症状体征，巩固治疗效果，有效合理，安全可行。
Objective Clinical care experience on patients with traumatic spleen rupture is to be summarized. Methods Selected 31 patients with traumatic spleen rupture who were received and treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014, patients in study group were given clinical comprehensive care, while patients in control group were given conventional treatment and then compare illness index improvements as well as complication incidence between two groups. Results Patients’improvements in terms of hemoglobin, blood pressure and heart rate in study group were much better than those in control group,besides, complication incidence in study group was less than that in control group; there was a treatment differential between two groups, and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enhancing clinical care of patients with traumatic spleen rupture is conducive to improve patients’illness symptoms and strengthen treatment efficacy with efficiency and safety.
