摘要
目的综合护理干预应用到外科伤口感染的作用研究过程。方法选取我院在2016年1月至2016年12月收治的100例化脓性感染伤口与慢性复杂伤口患者分组作为护理措施的研究对象,对照组护理人员对患者进行常规措施,观察组护理人员对患者实施综合护理,对护理结果进行优劣对比。结果对不同的实验结果比较,观察组护理干预后的效果显著优于对照组的护理方法,结果之间差距非常大,观察组的护理方式值得在临床上推广。结论对感染伤口的患者进行综合护理有较好的促进作用,明显提高了护理质量,患者的伤口愈合时间较短、愈合率比较高,护理价值比较高,可以在临床护理中进一步推广。
Objective To study the role of comprehensive nursing intervention in surgical wound infection. Methods In our hospital in 100 cases of pyogenic infection and chronic wounds complicated wound patients were grouped as research methods of nursing measures in January 2016 to December 2016, the control group of nursing staff were routine measures for patients, the observation group nurses comprehensive nursing care on the patients, compared the results of nursing. Results Compared with the results of different experiments, the effect of nursing intervention in observation group was better than that of control group. The difference between the results was very large, and the nursing mode of the observation group was worth popularizing in clinic. Conclusion The wound infection of patients with comprehensive nursing effect, significantly improve the quality of nursing, patients with shorter wound healing time, healing rate is relatively high, the nursing value is relatively high, can be further promoted in clinical nursing.
