摘要
目的全程综合护理在关节置换术患者术后疼痛缓解中的应用价值分析过程。方法选取我院在2013年-2015年收治的65例关节置换术,患者分组做维护与测试研究方法。对照组护理人员对患者进行常规测试,观察组护理人员对患者实施全程综合护理干预,对护理结果进行优劣对比。结果对不同的实验结果比较可以发现,观察组的患者经过护理干预后效果显著优于对照组的结果之间的差距非常大,观察组的护理方式在临床上的推广价值相对比较高。结论对实施关节置换术的患者进行全程综合护理有较好的促进作用,疼痛缓解状况较好,睡眠质量也有所改善,患者对护理服务质量的认可程度也比较高,护理价值比较显著,可以在临床护理中进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of holistic nursing care in pain relief after joint replacement.Methods 65 cases of joint replacement were treated in our hospital from 2013 to-2015,Patients were grouped into maintenance and test methods.The nurses in the control group underwent routine tests on the patients,The nursing staff in the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention,Compare the nursing results.Results The results of different experimental results can be found that the observation group of patients after nursing intervention is significantly better than the results of the control group,the gap between the results of the observation group is very high.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of patients with joint replacement has a better effect,the pain relief condition is better,sleep quality also improved,the patients have a higher degree of recognition of the quality of nursing service,the nursing value is significant,can be further promoted in clinical nursing.
