育龄期多囊卵巢综合征患者血清25-羟维生素D3及抗苗勒管激素水平的变化 被引量:18

Changes of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and anti-müllerian hormone in fertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的探讨育龄期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH) D3]和抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平与健康育龄期女性的差异。方法选择2016年7月至2018年6月首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院妇产科门诊就诊的初诊育龄期PCOS患者120例(观察组),另选择本院同期体检健康、月经周期规律的育龄期女性120名为对照组,比较2组维生素D缺乏率以及血清25-(OH) D3和AMH水平的差异。结果观察组维生素D缺乏率高于对照组[84. 2%(101/120)比17. 5%(21/120)],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 001)。观察组血清25-(OH) D3水平低于对照组[(14±6)μg/L比(24±6)μg/L],血清AMH水平高于对照组[(7. 5±3. 8)μg/L比(4. 1±2. 1)μg/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 001)。结论与健康育龄期女性比较,PCOS患者血清25-(OH) D3水平明显降低,血清AMH水平显著升高。 Objective To observe the levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]and anti-müllerian hormone(AMH)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and healthy women of child-bearing age.Methods From July 2016 to June 2018,120 PCOS patients(observation group)and120 healthy women of child-bearing age with regular menstrual cycle(control group)were enrolled in Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University.Vitamin D deficiency,serum levels of 25-(OH)D3 and AMH were analyzed.Results Vitamin D deficiency rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[84.2%(101/120)vs 17.5%(21/120)](P<0.05).Serum 25-(OH)D3 level in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group[(14±6)μg/L vs(24±6)μg/L](P<0.05).Serum AMH level in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[(7.5±3.8)μg/L vs(4.1±2.1)μg/L](P<0.05).Conclusion PCOS patients of child-bearing age show low serum 25-(OH)D3 level and elevated serum AMH level compared with healthy women.
