摘要
组织培养及遗传转化体系的构建对梨体细胞变异筛选和品种改良研究具有重要意义,从外植体选择、培养基配方、培养条件3个方面对梨组培快繁体系构建进行了综述,重点阐述了遗传转化外源基因类型、外植体和菌株选择、培养以及检测方法,指出了现阶段梨再生及遗传转化体系存在的问题,并对未来的研究重点进行了展望,以期为今后梨砧木及品种改良相关研究提供参考。
Establishment of regeneration and genetic transformation system is important toselect variation somatic cell and varieties improvement. Explants selection, media formulation, culture conditions three aspects of pear regeneration system construction were reviewed. We focused on the foreign gene of pear genetictransformation, explants and agrobacterium strain selection, culture and detection method, pointed out the problems of pear regeneration and genetic transformation system at this stage and research priorities in the future.To provide a reference for the researchimproved rootstock and varieties of pear in the future.
