摘要
目的探讨基于MDT模式的PBL结合手术视频教学方法在中医肛肠科实践教学的应用效果。方法将中医学专业大学本科实习学生50名,随机分为2组,每组各25人,试验组采用基于MDT模式的PBL结合手术视频教学方法 ,对照组采用LBL教学方法 ,在出科后比较两组考试成绩及满意度评价。结果实习1月后,试验组与对照组在出科考核成绩方面,其中理论知识为(89.5±3.8 vs 83.1±3.3),临床技能成绩为(91.3±3.7vs 80.7±3.5),两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合素质自我评价方面,包括提高自学能力、培养临床思维、提高表达水平、增强团队合作精神,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在教学满意度方面,试验组满意度高达96%,对照组满意度仅为82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于MDT模式的PBL结合手术视频教学法有助于快速提高肛肠科实习医师的临床综合能力,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with surgery video teaching method based on MDT mode in the proctology practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 50 Chinese medicine undergraduate students were randomly divided into two groups of 25 students in each group.The experimental group adopted the MDT mode PBL combined with surgery video teaching method,and the control group adopted the LBL teaching method.Results After one month of internship,the test group and the control group were assessed in terms of academic performance,in which the theoretical knowledge was(89.5±3.8 vs 83.1±3.3)and the clinical skills were(91.3±3.7 vs 80.7±3.5),there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);in terms of self-evaluation of comprehensive quality,it includes improving self-study ability,cultivating clinical thinking,improving expression level and enhancing team spirit,with significant difference and statistical significance(P<0.05);in terms of teaching satisfaction,the satisfaction of the experimental group is as high as 96%,while that of the control group is only 82%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with video teaching method based on MDT mode is helpful to rapidly improve the clinical comprehensive ability of proctology interns,which is worthy of promotion.
