摘要
目的探究肛肠科护理实习生教学管理中使用互动教学模式的效果。方法入选该院2018年5月—2019年10月20名肛肠科护理实习生,采用随机方式分为两组,每组10名,观察组给予互动教学模式,对照组给予常规教学。比较两组教学质量、考核成绩、教学满意度。结果观察组实习生的沟通能力(83.41±1.21)分、积极性(86.21±1.91)分、操作技能(88.17±1.31)分、专业技能(85.91±1.21)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组考核成绩得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在肛肠科护理实习生教学管理中使用互动教学模式,取得显著的教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect of using interactive teaching mode in the teaching management of anorectal nursing interns.Methods From May 2018 to October 2019,20 nursing interns in the anorectal department were enrolled in the hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups with 10 students in each group.The observation group was given an interactive teaching model and the control group was given regular teaching.Compare the two groups of teaching quality,assessment results,and teaching satisfaction.Results The observation group's intern communication ability(83.41±1.21)points,motivation(86.21±1.91)points,operation skills(88.17±1.31)points,and professional skills(85.91±1.21)points were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction degree of the observation group(100.00%)higher than that of the control group(50.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the use of interactive teaching mode in the teaching management of anorectal nursing interns,significant teaching effects have been achieved.
