摘要
建立了以板单元为基本单元的泵车有限元分析模型,利用MSC/NASTRAN软件对其进行了静强度分析,并进行了测试试验。计算结果与试验数据相吻合,验证了计算的正确性。找出了臂架过早出现裂纹的原因,并给出了结构改造的方法。
In this paper,the FEA model of the pump truck is established by taking plate unit as basic unit.The analysis of static stress is made by using MSC/NASTRAN software,and the experiment is done.The results of calculation are accorded with that of the experiment and are verified by that.The reasons for fatigue crack appearing in early stage are found out.The ways for the reconstruction of structure are presented.
