摘要
目的 :研究雪旺细胞标志物神经细丝酸性蛋白(GFAP)在腺样囊性癌及粘液表皮样癌中的表达 ,探讨其与腺样囊性癌嗜神经侵袭间的关系 .方法 :选取 2 0例腺样囊性癌 ,1 8例粘液表皮样癌以及 2例正常腮腺组织标本 ,进行GFAP免疫组化染色 .结果 :2 0例腺样囊性癌中有 1 8例发现神经受侵现象 ,1 8例粘液表皮样癌只有 2例发现神经受侵现象 ,经 χ2 检验 ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) .GFAP在 1 8例腺样囊性癌中有表达 ,而在粘液表皮样癌中则全部没有表达 ,经 χ2 检验 ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) .结论
AIM: To investigate the expression of Schwann's cell marker GFAP in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and mucoepidermoid carcinoma and to explore the relation between GFAP expression and neural invasion of adenoid cystic carcinoma. METHODS: 20 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma, 18 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma and 2 cases of normal parotid glands were chosen and were immunohistochemial stained with GFAP. RESULTS: Neural invasions were found in 18 cases of cystic adenoid carcinoma but only in 2 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Significant differences were found by Chi square test ( P < 0.01 ). GFAP expressed in 18 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma, but in none of the cases with mucoepidermoid carcinoma( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Adenoid cystic carcinoma has a higher capability of neural invasion than mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The Schwann's cell differentiation may account histologically for the neural invasion of adenoid cystic.
