肌动蛋白和S100蛋白在腺样囊性癌中的共表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨S100蛋白在腺样囊性癌中表达的准确定位,为揭示腺样囊性癌嗜神经侵袭的机制提供实验依据。方法:利用双重免疫荧光染色及激光共聚焦显微镜技术检测肌上皮细胞标记物肌动蛋白(MA)和神经膜细胞标记物S100蛋白在腺样囊性癌中的共表达。结果:MA主要表达于腺样囊性癌细胞的细胞质中,S100蛋白则主要表达于腺样囊性癌的细胞核中。激光共聚焦扫描后发现,MA与S100蛋白在同一种腺样囊性癌细胞中表达。结论:S100蛋白表达于腺样囊性癌的肌上皮细胞中,推测这些突变的肌上皮细胞可能发生了神经膜细胞分化。 Objective: To localize S100 protein in adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC), so as to provide experimental evidence for investigating the mechanism of perineural invasion of ACC. Methods: The expression of S100 protein-Schwann cell marker and muscle actin (MA)-myoepithelial cell marker in ACC was detected by double fluorescence immunostaining and observed with a laser scanning confocal microscope. Results: MA was expressed in cytoplasms of ACC cells and S100 protein in the nucleus of ACC cells. Double fluorescence immunostaining showed that S100 protein and MA were expressed in the same type of ACC cells. Conclusion: S100 protein expresses in myoepithelial cells of ACC, and in these mutational myoepithelial cells Schwann cell differentiation may occur.
