摘要
以显微图像分析技术,在无扰、在位、实时的情况下,定量测定了温度和pH值的变化对人血红细胞形态结构、功能及胞膜力学参量的影响,并进行了初步讨论,揭示了它们的相关关系及随各种生理条件而相互变化的情况。
The quantitative measurements of the morphological structure, function and membrane mechanical parameter of human red blood cells with temperature and pH variations based on micro imaging analytical technique under non-invasive, in-situ and real time are reported and disscussed primarily. Their correlations and interplay under varied physiological conditions were also investigated.
