摘要
该文提出了血液屈服应力增加与衰老的关系,并讨论了前者的相关因素,包括血浆黏度的增加与红细胞电泳率的下降是伴随着年龄的增长的,也涉及血浆中球蛋白、纤维蛋白原、β脂蛋白也是随着年龄而增高的,同时引起红细胞表面负电荷的下降和红细胞间聚集性的增加,系与血浆中等电点高的垄白如球蛋白与纤维蛋白原增加,而等电点低的白蛋白比例下降有关,对此提出了对策思路。
This article suggested the relationship between increase of blood yield stress value and aging, and discussed the relevant factors for the former, including involved in increase of plasma viscosity and decrease of RBC electrophoretic mobility during the aging course, also involved in increase of globulin, fibrinogen and 13 -lipoproteinin plasma during aging, but decrease of albumin, which cause the decrease of negative electric charge density on RBC surfaces and increase of aggregation between RBCs, and which should also be connected to the composition of plasma proteins, i.e. increasing the ratio of ones with high isoelectric points, such as globulin, fibrinogen and 13-lipoprotein, but decreasing the ratio of ones with low isoelectric points, such as albumin. Based on above mentioned, the article suggests the anti-aging policy thought.
