摘要
从使产品不易丧失工作能力的观点出发,简单介绍产品可靠性的概念,重点介绍提高产品系统抗干扰性能、研制低噪声电路、研究A/D转换技术、A/D转换与微机接口技术。
Starting from the viewpoint of making the product not easy to lose its operating ability,the concept of the product reliability is briefly introduced,stressing on the improvement of anti-interference performance of the product,development of low noise circuits,study on A/D conversion technology,and micro-computer interfacing technology.[
