摘要
对通信设备中接收机常用振荡器产生噪声的机理和特性进行了研究,给出从电路设计的角度来改善噪声系数;阐述了接收机中相位噪声频谱及其最小噪声系数。为降低通信系统的失真信噪比,提高邻道信号的信噪比和增强信号质量,提出了改进通信系统中电路噪声干扰的一些主要途径,有效降低了噪声电平,提高了信噪比和信号增益,为设计低噪声电路及器件提供了一些参考。
Mechanism and characteristics of noise produced by common oscillator Of receiver in communication apparatus are studied. Noise coefficient ameliorated concerning on circuit design, frequency spectrum and minimal noise coefficient are expatiated, to reduce distortion SNR of communication system, enhance SNR of adjacent channel signal and signal quality, some major routes on circuit noise interfere of improved communication system are put forward, noise current level is reduced effectively, SNR is elevated and signal reinforce is enhanced, some references is put forward for low noise circuit and parts of apparatus.
