MRI、CT检查方式应用于中枢神经系统感染患者诊断临床有效性分析 被引量：8

摘要 目的:探讨MRI、CT检查方式应用于中枢神经系统感染患者的诊断价值。方法:选取我院收治的69例中枢神经系统感染患者进行研究,患者均分别行MRI及CT检验,对两种诊断方式的检查异常率、病因检出率进行对比。结果:本组患者经MRI检查异常率为92.8%,经CT检查异常率为55.1%;两种诊断方式对比差异存在明显差异性(P <0.05);且两种检查方式对病毒性脑炎、结核性脑膜炎的检出率比较均存在明显差异性(P <0.05),但在化脓性脑炎、隐球菌脑膜炎、脑囊虫病等检出率方面比较则无较大差异性(P> 0.05)。结论:MRI及CT监测在中枢神经系统感染患者中均可发挥一定作用,但MRI的诊断率显著高于CT检测,为尽可能提高诊断效果,临床上可选择两种方式联合诊断。
